In the technology to be in the command era, grand buildings replaced urban jungles.

Children could not appreciate the fun of catching loach, listening to the song from birds and insects, and earth oven cooking. Wildfires are ravaging everywhere caused by the global greenhouse effect. The nature lessons to be taught in the air conditioning classroom, and use specimens as material. Human beings are facing a crisis of survival, and ecological conservation has become an important topic at present. Do you want to contribute to the ecology of the earth?      QieDing Wetlands Park covering 171 hectares, and the parks have a variety of looks. In the winter, Black-faced Spoonbills and Charadriiformes (Painted-snipe, Black-winged….) are migrate to here and foraging in the shallows, the Anatidae (ducks, geese, swans) are played at the pond.

In the summer, Egrets are grown and multiply in the forest, Butterfly and dragonfly are flying on the Seashore Dropseedgrass. Besides that, we can find the playing mudskippers and fiddler crabs in the Mangrove forest all year round.

The Park has huge ecological resources, rich and diverse ecological appearance, constitutes the best natural ecological culture, not only provides shelter for the living creatures, and be getting closer to nature. At the same time, it opens the window for children to contact nature once again.

There’s no problem to find the ecology in Qie-Ding Wetlands hard to comprehend. The design on the Visitor Center classroom provides DIY on-line guide tours. Visitors can scan QR code through their mobile, and listen to these voiced-guides. Parents can learn more about this ecology together with children. The colored brochure map is also a good choice to play with. Using simple geometric figures to color the map on a brochure, enjoy the fun while broadening the children’s scientific view is no longer a dream. It’s about how life science becomes warm family stories.

    Apart from the scientific perspective of view, this is also a field for elderly learning. There are always surprises on weekdays. The tour buses send the elderlies from every district, with retired generals, teachers, and representatives, etc. Their passion for Ecological knowledge integrated into urban culture. Enjoying the wild-bird-poetry on the bird watching the house and an octagonal pavilion, the resources wetland ecosystem provides are comfortable and easy. This is a new type of entertainment for the elderly society, an edutainment teaching the knowledge of how to protect the ecology. Qie-Ding Wetland Park provides a pleasure Suite for people of all ages.
